Once you have downloaded and installed the players refresh the website, a bar should then pop up at the top of the page asking if you would like to allow ActiveX control, you need to:

- Click on the bar, click 'Allow Blocked Content...' and then 'yes'.

The player should then be displayed in the middle of the screen and automatically connect to the stream when a match is available.

If it still doesnt work make sure your firewall is allowing it to access the internet, Norton AntiVirus and other virus protection software often have a screen that pops up and asks if you would like to allow it access to the internet, you MUST click 'yes' otherwise it will not work. It is also advisable to have the most upto date version of Windows Media Player which can be downloaded from

SOPCAST

With SopCast when the player is displayed in the middle of the screen it should automatically connect to the stream, if the player is displayed but it says 'No Peers to Connect...' at the bottom of it, this means the server is full. If it says 'Channel Offline' this means that there is an technical difficulty with the station broadcasting the channel and should be resolved fairly quickly. Double click on the picture to make it fullscreen and press the escape button to exit.

Depending on the speed of your internet connection and how busy it is you may find it takes longer to buffer at certain times and is quite 'stop-starty', try and connect about half an hour to an hour before to avoid this and if it still does then leave it running, 90% of the time it calms down after a few minutes.

TVU PLAYER

There is usually a TVU Player option for most streams, this is just an alternate player to SopCast that appears to stream at a better quality. When the page loads with TVU Player, follow the steps above to allow 'ActiveX Control', then you must click on the 'Play' button to start the stream. It should say channel starting, then buffer upto 100%. If it says channel stopped then the server is full. If it says channel does not exist then there is a technical difficulty with the broadcaster of the channel. Again like SopCast it can be 'stop-starty' just do the same thing and also double click on the picture to make it fullscreen.
